I haven't got a pass confirmation myself either. But beign I live a few mins from the convention center... I'll be in the area so to speak.
I had plans to go, but I realized a couple of weeks ago that my american visa expires in January, and I can't get the new one on time [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img] [img]mad.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/wilted.gif[/img] .

I've got 2 passes and maybe can let you use one of them for one of the days. I need to find out the specifics on it. I think the passes have the persons name on it, but even that may not be a problem if they don't ask for I.D. I'll post here in a day or two. I need to send some e-mails and ask a couple of people.

I have a work visa that is still valid for 2 months, but it's a little risky to use that if I go as a tourist, so I'll try to apply for a new tourist visa and see if I can get it on time, but it looks difficult.
Maybe someone else could use your pass, and thanks anyway.

We should nail a time to meet, like last year. I'm meeting with some guys from Billy Ward's site, w/Billy Sat at 3PM. It would be great to meet other drummers and get some big 'ol table to rap, take pics, trade stories, and chow for an hour or more. Just a thought.
I'm wearing a make-shift T-shirt with my name, PocketPlayer. I did this last year with the words--HOD--on the back of a white T-shirt and I got guys all day long identifying HOD and saying hi. Very cool little drum community we got going here.
Just let me know when and where and I'm there.
